8-Week Women's Yin Yoga Series

A program for the woman who has been feeling lost, anxious, overwhelmed.

​

The woman who is ready to gain confidence by managing her emotions and anxious thoughts.

​

Who is maybe aware of the benefits of yoga and its benefits, but has been too overwhelmed to try it or stick with it.

​

For the woman who is ready to be herself again.

​

It's easy to temporarily lose ourselves. Becoming a new parent, going through divorce/break up, lost of a loved one, stuck in the rate race of work/life, the list goes on. It happens to all of us, multiple times throughout our life.

​

The first step is awareness of this, the second step is action.

​

Together, we will turn inward and learn about our body, our mind, and the importance of connecting the two. Using yin yoga poses, breathwork, meditations, inner child work, somatic (body-based) exercises, and more.

​

This is an 8-week program working from the ground up of how to better handle your emotions and rediscover who you truly are. Which allows you to be finally be confident in your authentic self.

​

Calm & Confident is a trauma-informed & beginner-friendly series for women looking to better manage their anxiety and increase their confidence.

​

- Weekly one hour classes

-Small class size (8 women max)

-Yin yoga poses

-Breathwork

-Somatic exercises

-Meditations

-Inner Child Work

-Weekly follow-up emails to check in and provide science-based, actionable steps to implement throughout your week.

This is not just a yoga class. This is a program to improve your well-being from the inside out with 7 other like-minded women.  No prior yoga experience is necessary.

My passion is helping women see the benefits in slowing down. The benefits of prioritizing their mental and physical health, which positively impacts everything and everyone around them.
