8 Week Yin Yoga Series for Women - Managing Anxiety and Increasing Self Confidence

Service Description
A trauma-informed, beginner friendly series for women looking for a safe space to decrease their anxiety symptoms & increase their self confidence. Yin yoga is a passive, slow-paced style of yoga. We stay in each pose anywhere from 3-5 minutes, allowing our body to fully sink into the pose and reach our connective tissues and joints. Classes will include poses, short meditations, and breathwork - all beginner friendly. All yoga supplies are included, including mats, unless you would like to bring your own. Feel free to wear any type of clothing that is cozy and comfortable. Journal & pen are encouraged, water bottle is optional.
